Terms and Conditions

• I agree to provide accurate and complete information about my laundry when scheduling a pickup.

• I agree to identify any items that are not suitable for machine washing or drying, including delicate items or those that may shrink. I understand that while Laundry Loop will make reasonable efforts to follow any provided instructions, Laundry Loop is not responsible for damage, including shrinkage, that may occur during the laundering process. 

• I agree to inform Laundry Loop of any new garments that have not been previously washed. I understand that while Laundry Loop will make reasonable efforts to protect items from color bleeding, Laundry Loop is not responsible for damage caused by color transfer from new items during the laundering process. 

• I agree to identify any special care requirements, allergies, preferences, or delicate items in the special instructions at the time of scheduling.

• I agree that any items I request to be air dried or specially handled will be clearly separated and labeled, and that I will provide hangers for any clothing I would like hung.

• I agree not to include any prohibited or hazardous items, as outlined below.

• I agree to have my laundry ready at the scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth pickup.

• I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all terms and conditions listed on the Laundry Loop website.

Prohibited Items and Hazardous Materials

For the safety of our staff and customers, you agree not to include any of the following items in your laundry bags:

• Biohazards: Items heavily soiled with human or animal waste (e.g., feces, blood, or vomit).

• Pests: Clothing or textiles from households with known infestations of bed bugs, lice, or other transmissible pests.

• Chemicals: Items contaminated with hazardous substances, including solvents, gasoline, cleaning products, pesticides, or other flammable materials.

• Sharps: Any items containing needles, glass, or other sharp objects.

At Laundry Loop, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure a seamless laundry experience for all our customers. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have the following policy regarding items that have not been paid for:

Payment Policy Overview: Payment must be received by Laundry Loop prior to delivery of items. 

Outstanding Payment: If an item or a set of items is not paid for prior to delivery, we will be unable to complete the service until the payment is completed in full.

Notification of Unpaid Items: In the event that an item has been identified as unpaid, we will promptly notify you via email or text message with a clear breakdown of the outstanding balance.  

Unclaimed Items: If items have an outstanding balance and not paid for within 30 days, the items become unclaimed property, no further attempts will be made for delivery.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. All information provided during the service booking and payment process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We will never share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or for the completion of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of our services if we believe you are violating our terms and conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or using the service for illegal purposes. 

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service for any items we deem hazardous, unsanitary, or likely to damage our equipment.

• Customer Liability: You are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment or other customers' property resulting from your failure to disclose or remove prohibited items.

• Disposal: Any hazardous items found may be returned unwashed or, if they pose an immediate health risk, disposed of at our discretion without a refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will apply to all services booked after the date of posting. 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rice County. Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be resolved in the courts of Rice County.

By using our laundry service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before using the service. 

By agreeing to these services, you acknowledge and agree that any disputes or claims arising from the use of these services will be resolved exclusively through small claims court, rather than through any other legal proceedings or forums. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or other collective legal actions related to these services.
