Service Details

Our services are currently available in Faribault, Medford, Warsaw, Morristown, and Dundas. You must confirm that your address is within our service area before scheduling a pickup.

Pickup and delivery times are based on availability and must be arranged in advance through call, text, email, or our online booking system... whatever works best for you!

To schedule a pickup, you must provide accurate information regarding your address and laundry needs. Fill out our Service Form Here!  

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a pickup or delivery in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, technical issues, etc.).

To ensure a smooth and efficient laundry pickup, please have your items packed securely in a bag, labeled with your name, and ready to go.

Paying per bag? Please use a 13-gallon trash bag ensuring it is fully closed. An additional fee may be charged if laundry is spilling out of bag.

Paying per pound? Any bag is fine - laundry bag, tote, or any size trash bag.

Please avoid baskets or bins, as items need to be in a bag for handling and weighing.

All garments are professionally washed, dried, and folded using our standard care methods, unless specific instructions are provided. Each item is handled with the utmost attention and care.

To ensure the best possible results, we kindly ask that any special care preferences be shared in advance. This includes delicate fabrics, items you prefer to be air dried, or new garments that may be prone to color transfer. When such details are not provided, we cannot be responsible for outcomes such as color bleeding or shrinkage.

We treat all stains with care; however, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. For best results, please identify any items with new or fresh stains and include the source when possible (such as chocolate, grease, oil, etc.). This allows us to tailor our treatment approach with greater precision and improve overall results. 

While every garment is treated with care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear, including tears, fading, or set-in stains.

Items requiring special handling should be clearly separated and labeled at the time of pickup to ensure they receive the appropriate level of care.

In the rare event that an item is not suitable for our service, we reserve the right to decline processing. Any such item will be returned in its original condition, carefully separated from the rest of your laundry.

Pricing & Payment:

• Choose Between: $2.00 per pound OR $30 per full 13-gallon bag
  (Bags must fully close with no items spilling out. Bags that do not close will be charged by the pound.)

• Minimum Service: $60

• Pickup & Delivery:

  • Within 5 miles: Free (Distance calculated from our Faribault location to pickup address.)

  • Beyond 5 miles: $10

  • Orders of $90 or more: Free delivery for our entire service area

  • Second Trip Fee: $15 (Applies when items are not out upon arrival for pickup, or when no one is available at delivery to complete payment.)

• Full Payment Due: Prior to or at delivery

• Payment Methods:

  • Venmo (prior to delivery)

  • Cash (at delivery)

• Refunds & Billing: All sales are final. If you believe there is an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Estimates & Add-Ons: You’ll receive an estimate before confirming your order. Special requests may incur additional fees.

Items will not be accepted if they require commercial sized washer and dryer, contain biohazards, or soil level is beyond washing machine settings. 

Example of items not accepted:

• Dog beds

• Reusable cloth diapers

• Items excessively soiled with bodily fluids

• Items that are dry clean only

Please note: We reserve the right to decline any items that are not suitable for our service. Any such items will be returned in their original condition, bagged separately from your cleaned laundry. 

Your clean, folded laundry will be delivered at the pre-arranged time and location scheduled during booking. Please ensure the designated drop-off area is safe and secure.

For cash payments, payment is due at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and complete payment. If a second delivery attempt is required due to unavailability or incomplete payment, a Second Trip Fee will apply (see “Pricing & Payment”).

We take great care to ensure your items are returned clean and in their original condition. However, in the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during the service, we will investigate the matter thoroughly.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in which the issue occurred. (See “Terms and Conditions”)
