For the safety of our staff and equipment, certain items cannot be accepted for service.
We are unable to process items that:
Require commercial-sized machines
Are heavily soiled with bodily fluids
Contain biohazards or hazardous materials
Are infested with pests (such as bed bugs)
Require dry cleaning
Examples include:
Dog beds
Reusable cloth diapers
Items heavily soiled with bodily fluids
Dry clean only garments
Please ensure all items are free of sharp objects, chemicals, or hazardous materials before pickup.
We reserve the right to decline any items that are not suitable for our service. Any such items will be returned in their original condition and kept separate from cleaned laundry.
We may accept lightly to moderately urine-soiled items (such as bedding) with advance notice.
Items must be securely bagged and clearly identified at pickup
Heavily soiled items or strong odors may be declined
Additional fees may apply for extra handling
Please notify us in advance if your order includes urine-soiled items so we can prepare accordingly.
Please note: We do not accept items soiled with feces or vomit, or reusable cloth diapers.
Please make sure someone is available or items are clearly left at the designated pickup location.
To ensure a smooth and efficient pickup, please have your items packed securely in a bag, labeled with your name, and ready at the scheduled time.
Paying per bag: Please use a 13-gallon trash bag that is fully closed. An additional fee may apply if laundry is overflowing or spilling out.
Paying per pound: Any bag is fine—laundry bag, tote, or trash bag of any size.
Please avoid baskets or bins, as items must be bagged for handling and weighing.
Hanging Items: If you would like items hung, please provide hangers at the time of pickup. If hangers are not provided, we can supply them for $0.40 each.

All garments are washed, dried, and folded using our standard care methods unless specific instructions are provided. Each item is handled with care and attention.
To ensure the best results, please share any special care instructions in advance. This includes delicate fabrics, items that should be air dried, or new garments that may be prone to color transfer. If these details are not provided, we cannot be responsible for issues such as color bleeding or shrinkage.
We treat all stains with care; however, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. For best results, please identify any fresh stains and include the source when possible (such as grease, oil, chocolate, etc.). This helps us choose the most effective treatment.
While every garment is handled carefully, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear, including fading, tears, or set-in stains.
Items requiring special handling should be clearly separated and labeled at pickup to ensure proper care.
In the rare event an item is not suitable for our service, we reserve the right to decline processing and return it in its original condition, separated from the rest of your laundry.

$10 for locations beyond 5 miles
Free delivery on all orders of $95+
$15 Second Trip Fee - Only applies when a Second Trip is required due to laundry not being ready during the scheduled pick up time or the drop off location is inaccessible at scheduled delivery.

Due to the nature of our service, completed services are non-refundable. If something doesn’t seem right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Please provide hangers at pickup if you would like items returned hung. For your convenience, wire hangers are available for $0.40 each.
Additional services such as stain treatment or special handling may incur a fee
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience:
Please have all laundry securely bagged and ready at your scheduled pickup time
Label all bags with your name
Clearly label any items where special treatment is requested
Baskets or bins are not accepted
Your clean, folded laundry will be delivered at the pre-arranged time and location selected during booking. This is a pickup-and-drop-off service, and no in-person interaction is required unless specifically requested by the customer.
Please ensure the designated drop-off location is safe, accessible, and clearly identified.
Laundry will be left at the agreed location upon delivery unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Payment must be completed prior to delivery. Orders will not be scheduled for delivery until payment has been received in full.
If the delivery location is not accessible or safe to complete the drop-off as agreed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative drop-off time or location. A $15 Second Trip Fee will apply if an additional delivery attempt is required.
We take great care with every order to ensure items are returned clean and in their original condition.
If you believe an item is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Our liability is limited to the total cost of the service for that order.
